we are always on call from 08:00 - 23:00pm daily. • Relax Spa Suite Bookings: Kindly arrive 15 min prior to your treatment time to change and relax before your treatment commences. • Relax In-Room Spa Bookings: Your therapist will arrive 15 min before the schedule time to set up for your spa experience. • Please alert your therapist of any medical conditions. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. • Please notify your therapist if running late as failure to do so will result in treatment time being reduced depending on remaining time. • It is your discretion to add gratuity, which is recommended between 10 & 20%. • Please note treatments done after 8pm incur a surcharge fee of R100 and treatments after 22:00 incur a surcharge of R200. • Open daily from 09:00 - 20:00, 20:00 - 23:00 by appointment only. |
